Akwaaba Concierge provides concierge and travel services including but not limited to:

• Airport pickups and transfers

• Personal assistance services

Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the service date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date: No refund
• Special events and customized packages may have different cancellation terms

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services lawfully and ethically
• Respect local customs and regulations
• Not engage in any illegal or prohibited activities

Limitation of Liability

Akwaaba Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
